After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days following the product's arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be filed within 15 days. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, approved by both parties. If the Seller is found responsible, a reply with a settlement proposal will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
