After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
Should there be a quality discrepancy, buyers must lodge a claim within 60 days post-arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, a claim is required within 15 days post-arrival. All claims should be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the claim responsibility lies with the Seller, a reply along with a settlement suggestion will be sent to the Buyer within 20 days of receipt.
