After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, the claim period is 15 days. All claims must be backed by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, pre-agreed with the Seller. Should the Seller be responsible, a response, including settlement suggestions, will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
