In the rare event of quality discrepancies, buyers are encouraged to submit claims within 60 days of receiving goods at the destination port. For quantity issues, claims should be made within 15 days. All claims must include Survey Reports from recognized public surveyors, endorsed by the Seller. If found responsible, the Seller will provide a settlement proposal within 20 days of receiving the claim.
