After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the unlikely event of a quality discrepancy, claims must be filed by the Buyer within 60 days following the product's arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be made within 15 days. All claims require documentation from Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon by both parties. If the Seller is liable, a response will be provided within 20 days, including proposed resolutions.
