In the event of a quality discrepancy, a claim must be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days post-arrival of the goods at the destination port. For discrepancies in quantity, a claim should be filed within 15 days following the goods' arrival. All claims must be accompanied by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon by the Seller and the Buyer. Should the Seller be found responsible, they will respond within 20 days, proposing a resolution plan.
