After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of any quality discrepancy, the Buyer must submit a claim within 60 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, a response will be provided to the Buyer within 20 days, including a settlement proposal.
