In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers must lodge a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days of arrival. All claims need accompanying Survey Reports from recognized public surveyors approved by the seller. If the seller is deemed responsible, they will respond within 20 days of receiving the claim, offering a settlement plan.
