In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers must lodge a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For any quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days of arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If liability is found to rest with the Seller, they shall respond with a settlement proposal within 20 days of receiving the claim.
