After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days post-arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, agreed upon by the Seller. If the responsibility lies with the Seller, a response and settlement suggestion will be provided within 20 days of the claim receipt.
