After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of any quality discrepancies, buyers are entitled to lodge claims within 60 days following the arrival of goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be filed within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be substantiated by Survey Reports from recognized public surveyors, mutually agreed upon by both parties. Should liability fall upon the Seller, a response, along with a resolution proposal, will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
