After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and quantity guaranteed
In case of any quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days after the goods' arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors mutually agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is responsible, they are obliged to respond with a settlement suggestion within 20 days of receiving the claim.
