After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guarantee
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer should file a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For a quantity discrepancy, claims should be made within 15 days post-arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, pre-approved by the Seller. If liability falls upon the Seller, a response along with a settlement proposal will be provided to the Buyer within 20 days of receiving the claim.
