After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guarantee
In the event of a quality discrepancy, Buyers are required to lodge a claim within 60 days of the goods arriving at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be submitted within 15 days post-arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, as agreed with the Seller. Should the Seller be deemed responsible, they will respond with a settlement proposal within 20 days of receiving the claim.
