After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In case of any quality discrepancy, a claim must be lodged by the buyer within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days of arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from recognized public surveyors agreed upon by the seller. If the claim responsibility lies with the seller, a response and settlement suggestion will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
