After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers are entitled to lodge a claim within 60 days from the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is responsible, a response, along with a settlement proposal, will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
