After-Sales Commitment

In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers have 60 days post-arrival at the destination port to file a claim. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be lodged within 15 days. All claims require Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors as agreed upon by the Seller. If the responsibility lies with the Seller, they will respond within 20 days with a proposed settlement.
