In case of any quality discrepancy, buyers must lodge a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from recognized public surveyors agreed upon by the seller. If the seller is found responsible, they will respond with a resolution proposal within 20 days of receiving the claim.
