After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of a quality issue, Buyers have 60 days post-arrival at the port of destination to make a claim. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be made within 15 days post-arrival. All claims require a Survey Report from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the claim is found valid, the Seller will respond with a settlement proposal within 20 days of receiving the claim.
