In the event of any quality discrepancies, buyers must lodge a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be made within 15 days. All claims should include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by both parties. Should any fault be identified as the seller's responsibility, we promise to respond within 20 days of receiving the claim, providing a proposed settlement.
