In the event of any quality discrepancies, Buyers are encouraged to file claims within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, agreed upon by both parties. Should responsibility fall on the Seller, a response and settlement suggestion will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
