After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days post-arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be filed within 15 days post-arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from recognized public surveyors, as agreed upon by the Seller. If the claim responsibility lies with the Seller, a reply with a settlement proposal will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
