After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In instances of quality discrepancies, claims should be submitted by the Buyer within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be filed within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be accompanied by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, approved by the Seller. If the Seller bears responsibility, they shall respond within 20 days of receiving the claim, providing a resolution proposal.
