After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days after the goods arrive at their destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be filed within 15 days of arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they will respond within 20 days of claim receipt, providing resolution suggestions.
