After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In case of quality discrepancies, claims should be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If found at fault, the Seller will respond within 20 days of receiving the claim, proposing a settlement.
