After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers should lodge a claim within 60 days post-arrival of goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims need to be made within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon by both parties. If the seller is found responsible, a detailed response and settlement proposal will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
