After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, a claim should be lodged by the buyer within 60 days after the goods arrive at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, as agreed upon by the seller. Should the seller be responsible, a response and settlement suggestion will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
