After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In cases of quality discrepancies, a claim must be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days after arrival of the goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, the claim should be made within 15 days post-arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports by Recognized Public Surveyors agreed to by the Seller. Should the Seller's responsibility be confirmed, a reply and settlement suggestion will be provided within 20 days after claim receipt.
