After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers can file a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, the claim must be filed within 15 days of arrival. All claims require Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, a response and settlement proposal will be sent to the Buyer within 20 days of receiving the claim.
