In the unlikely event of a quality discrepancy, buyers must lodge a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be lodged within 15 days. All claims should be substantiated by Survey Reports from recognized public surveyors agreed upon by both parties. If the Seller is found responsible, a reply along with a settlement suggestion will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
