After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers are encouraged to file a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, a claim should be lodged within 15 days of the goods' arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, as mutually agreed upon by the seller and buyer. Should liability rest with the seller, we pledge to respond with a proposed resolution within 20 days of receiving the claim.
