After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, a claim must be submitted by the Buyer within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they must respond within 20 days of receiving the claim, with a settlement proposal for the Buyer.
