After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality issue, buyers are encouraged to file a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days post-arrival. Every claim must be substantiated by a Survey Report from a Recognized Public Surveyor approved by the Seller. If the Seller is deemed responsible, a response and settlement proposal will be provided to the Buyer within 20 days.
