After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guarantee
In the event of a quality issue, claims should be filed by the Buyer within 60 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be lodged within 15 days of arrival. Claims should be supported by Survey Reports from recognized public surveyors mutually agreed upon by both parties. If the Seller is responsible, a response with a settlement proposal will be provided within 20 days after receiving the claim.
