After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must file a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims are required within 15 days post-arrival. All claims should include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, a response, including a settlement proposal, will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
