After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must file a claim within 60 days after the goods arrive at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days after arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, a response with a proposed resolution will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
