After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In cases of quality discrepancies, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days following the arrival of goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be made within 15 days of arrival. All claims require accompanying Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. Should the Seller be responsible, a reply and settlement suggestion will be sent within 20 days of claim receipt.
