After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days. All claims require accompanying Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors accepted by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they will respond within 20 days with a settlement proposal.
