After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In case of quality discrepancy, the buyer should file a claim within 60 days after the goods arrive at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancy, the claim must be lodged within 15 days of arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed to by the Seller. If the Seller is responsible, a reply with a settlement suggestion will be sent within 20 days of receiving the claim.
