After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days post-arrival of goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, the claim must be made within 15 days of arrival. All claims should be supported by Survey Reports from recognized public surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, a reply along with settlement suggestions will be provided to the Buyer within 20 days of claim receipt.
