After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of quality discrepancies, the Buyer must submit a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims are to be filed within 15 days. These claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon by both parties. If the Seller is responsible, a response and settlement proposal will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
