After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guarantee
Should there be any quality discrepancies, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims are to be lodged within 15 days of arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon by the Seller. If the claim responsibility rests with the Seller, a response along with a settlement suggestion will be provided to the Buyer within 20 days after receiving the claim.
