After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of quality discrepancies, claims must be submitted by the Buyer within 60 days post-arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be filed within 15 days. All claims require a Survey Report from recognized public surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If fault lies with the Seller, a response with a proposed settlement will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
