After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, the claim must be lodged within 15 days of arrival. All claims should be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, as agreed by the Seller. If the claim responsibility falls on the Seller, they will respond within 20 days, providing a settlement suggestion to the Buyer.
