1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of any quality discrepancies, claims should be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days of goods arriving at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days of goods arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. Should the claim be deemed the Seller's responsibility, a reply and settlement suggestion will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
