After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the unlikely event of a quality issue, claims must be submitted within 60 days post-arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims are accepted within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, a response with settlement suggestions will be provided within 20 days upon receiving the claim.
