After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In cases of quality discrepancies, the Buyer should file a claim within 60 days post goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, this period is within 15 days. Claims must be supported by Survey Reports from recognized public surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If liability rests with the Seller, a response along with settlement proposals will be dispatched within 20 days of receiving the claim.
