After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of any quality discrepancies, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be lodged within 15 days. All claims should be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. Should the issue be determined to be the Seller's responsibility, a response and settlement proposal will be provided within 20 days.
