In the event of a quality discrepancy, a claim should be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days after the goods arrive at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, the claim must be made within 15 days. Claims require Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they will respond within 20 days with settlement suggestions.
