After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guarantee
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers are encouraged to lodge a claim within 60 days of goods arriving at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors accepted by the Seller. Should the claim be valid, the Seller will respond with a settlement suggestion within 20 days of receiving the claim.
